Global Continence is a pioneering healthcare company founded by Dr. Andrew J Kirsch and Dr. Ubirajara Barroso, dedicated to transforming the landscape of Nocturnal Enuresis (NE) treatment. Their flagship product, Soluu®, is a revolutionary bedwetting device that harnesses the power of neuromodulation and remote signaling through non-invasive transcutaneous nerve stimulation (TENS) and a user-friendly app. Soluu® aims to revolutionize NE treatment with over 80% success within two months, as demonstrated in initial studies.

Global Continence attended the inaugural Innovation Nexus Forum in 2023, where they were selected as one of the most exciting startups of that year. Since then, Global Continence has won multiple awards, including the NIH/FDA Midwest Pediatric Device Consortium Prize in 2024 for Soluu, and four out of six pediatric device grants.

In 2025, Global Continence launched their new product The Ultimate Bedwetting Survival Guide, a ground-breaking resource which aims to help parents and children understand, manage and overcome bedwetting.

Having raised over $2 million dollars since the Forum, we at Innovation Nexus are proud to have Global Continence as an alumnus and success story.
